How long does production take?                                                                                         All products are made to order. Standard sizes typically take 3–5 weeks for production. For custom-sized display cases, production time may be longer — we'll confirm the timeline with you via email once your custom order details are finalized.

How does shipping work?                                                                                                     We ship via sea freight. Once your order is ready, we'll calculate the shipping cost based on your destination and send you a PayPal invoice for the balance and shipping fee. Estimated transit time is 30–55 days after dispatch. 
                                                                                                                                                  Can I stack multiple cases?                                                                                                   Yes! Our cases are designed to stack securely. Many customers build 2–4 cube display walls.                                                                                                  
                                               
What's included in the box?                                                                                                 Each case comes with the aluminum frame, acrylic panels, top and back panels, a felt-lined base, a built-in LED strip light, and all necessary hardware for assembly.                                                                                                                                                                    What LED color should I choose?       
Cool White for a modern, bright look. Warm White for a cozy gallery feel. Neutral White for a balanced, natural tone.

Yes! The back panel is reversible — black on one side, white on the other. Just flip it, no tools needed.

Load capacity varies by model and size. Please check the product page for specific weight limits.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                                    Can I cancel my order?                                                                                                           The deposit is non-refundable. Once production has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. See our Refund Policy for details.
