By placing an order on stackcase.store, you agree to the following terms:                                                                                                                    
Orders & Payment                      
All prices are listed in USD. We offer two payment options:
- Deposit + Balance: A deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance and shipping fee will be invoiced via PayPal when your order is ready to ship.

- Full Payment: You may also choose to pay in full at the time of ordering.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                                Production & Delivery                       
All products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production, followed by 30–55 days for sea freight delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.                                 
                                                                                                                                                                                                 
Cancellations & Refunds                                                                                                     The deposit is non-refundable. Once production has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. We do not accept returns due to the nature and size of our products.               
                                                                                                                                                                                               
Damages & Issues                                                                                                               Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at stackcase77@gmail.com within 7 days with photos if any parts are damaged or missing.
