Refund policy

We offer two payment options:
- Deposit + Balance: A deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance and shipping fee will be invoiced via PayPal when your order is ready to ship. 
- Full Payment: You may also choose to pay in full at the time of ordering. 
 
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your order before the balance is paid, the deposit is non-refundable.  - If you paid in full and cancel before production begins, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.                                                                                  
- Once production has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.   
 
Returns
Due to the nature and size of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at stackcase77@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
 
Damaged or Missing Parts
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any parts are damaged or missing, contact us at stackcase77@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange replacement parts — shipping costs for replacements will be shared between both parties based on the situation.
